Nago

Nago, city in northern part of Okinawa. It is the first place in Japan to have cherry blossoms each year, crowds flock here each year in late January to take part in the cities huge Cherry Blossom Festival. This place also draws people by its scenic landscapes, a 300-year-old Chinese banyan tree, resorts, and theme parks like Nago Pineapple Park, Nago paradise, and Neo Park, Orion Brewery etc. For those willing to venture north, it is worth having a trip here, to explore the slow and laid-back city.

Busena Marine Park

The only underwater observatory tower in Okinawa island, It is located 170 meters away from the shore near Busena Cape. This underwater observatory tower allows you to view 360 degrees of coral reef with all the colorful coral fish swimming around at 5 meters depth.

Neo Park Okinawa

At Neo Park, various animals and plants from tropical regions ,they are kept without retaining warmth. All the animals are in the large open spaces where you can get up close opportunities.Railroad train runs around the park for your enjoyable and pleasant experience as well !

Nago Central Park

The park is one of Okinawa's best cherry blossom viewing spots and is known for its over 20,000 cherry blossom trees. Visitors are able to appreciate the contrast of colours of the cherry blossoms and the sea from the observatory deck.

Nakijin Castle Ruins

The Nakijin Castle Ruins are located on the Motobu Peninsula of northern Okinawa Honto and are among the UNESCO World Heritage designated Castles of the Ryukyu Kingdom.

Yagaji Island

Yagaji island is located at the base of the northern side of the Motobu Peninsula, and is connected to the main island by Warumi Bridge.Yagaji Beach is well known as a destination for camping, barbecues, and kisu (Japanese whiting) fishing.

Ocean Expo Park

Ocean Expo Park is a sprawling multi-attraction recreational complex on the tip of the Motobu Peninsula in the north-west of Okinawa main island. Okinawa Expo Park occupies most of the area of Okinawa Commemorative National Government Park, and is administered by Okinawa Prefecture.

Orion Breweries Nago

Orion Breweries, produces Orion beer (pronounced or-ee-on) the 5th most popular selling beer in Japan. In Okinawa Orion beer is almost as big of a symbol as the shisha dog or Shuri Castel even though the brewing company has only been in existence since 1957.

Kouri Island (Kourijima)

Kouri Island is located north of Yagaji Island in the northern part of Okinawa’s main island.

Nago Pineapple Park

100 kinds of pineapple grows and can eat it all year round Get on a pineapple shaped car and look around the wide park of Hego jungle and pineapple garden inside colorful tropical garden. There are promenades that can slowly look around the park and observatory, too.
