Yokohama

Officially the City of Yokohama, is the second largest city in Japan by population after Tokyo. Located less than half an hour south of Tokyo by train, and is the capital of Kanagawa Prefecture. It is a major commercial hub of the Greater Tokyo Area. The greatest suspension bridge in Japan that can also be 860 m in length opened for traffic in 1989 is Yokohama Bay Bridge. Yokohama Bay Bridge is built as an important transportation route of the port physical distribution which connects Yokohama to Tokyo.
