Narita
Narita is the site of Narita International Airport, the main international airport serving the Greater Tokyo Area. There are two main industrial zones in Narita: Nogedaira and Toyosumi. Both zones were laid out in the 1960s. An aircraft part repair plant operated by JAL and Pratt & Whitney, called Japan Turbine Technologies, located in the Taiei industrial estate.
Naritasan Shinshoji Temple
Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a large and highly popular Buddhist temple complex in Narita City, not far from Narita Airport. It is a great site to visit if you have three or more hours to spend around the airport and wish to catch a glimpse of historic Japan.
Naritasan Park
This park was open in 1928. You can enjoy all season in this park. In spring, it has Ume and Sakura, In summer, you can enjoy green leaves. In autumn.
Museum of Aeronautical Sciences
This museum is an aviation museum located just outside of Narita Airport at the southern end of its main runway. The museum is of interest to both plane enthusiasts and non enthusiasts alike with lots of real aircraft on display, as well as simulators and other hands-on activities.
Sakura no yama Park
Sakura No Yama (Cherry Blossom Hill) is a scenic spot located on the north side of Narita Airport, near the runways. The beautiful natural surroundings make it a good place to enjoy breathtaking views of the airplanes taking off and landing at the nearby airport.
Naritasan Omote Sando
Omotesando. Stretching over the entire one kilometer distance from the railway stations to the temple, it is a lively street lined by numerous restaurants and stores, that have been selling traditional crafts, foods and souvenirs to pilgrims and tourists for centuries.
Aeon mall Narita
Aeon Narita is a shopping mall popular with foreign travelers due to its proximity to Narita Airport. The mall is a typical modern Japanese shopping mall with over 150 stores that offer a wide range of goods from fashion to fresh foods and home improvement.
Naritasan Museum of Calligraphy
This museum shows works dating from the end of the Edo period up until modern times. Excellent works that is too modern to be thought of as important by some and would therefore be missed, is on display.
Katori Shrine
One of the 3 main Jingu shrines of Japan. The main building (haiden) of the shrine within the forest boasts a history of 2600 years.

Boso-no-Mura
Boso no Mura is an open air museum that aims to show the traditional local lifestyle and crafts of the Boso Region, which is an old name for the area of current Chiba Prefecture. It reproduces a typical local village of the Edo Period, complete with merchant houses, workshops and farms.
