Inasanohama Beach
Located about 10 minutes east of the Izumo Grand Shrine is Inasanohama, a beach said to welcome all the deities on their way to Grand Shrine. To this day, the welcoming ritual continues, and this shrine has become a power spot for worshipers.
Shirahama Beach
Shirahama Beach is an 800 meter long beach that is one of Izu's most famous and popular attractions. People come to enjoy the sand and sun, and the area is also known for relatively good surfing conditions.
Manza Beach (ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort)
Manza Beach is an attractive beach with soft sand. The beach is part of the ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort whose large hotel building overlooks the entire 300 meter long beach.
Chirihama Beach
Chirihama Beach is the only beach in Japan where you can drive your car on the sand. It is a popular, unusual attraction that should be part of any scenic road trip through the Noto Peninsula.
Naminoue Beach
Naminoue Beach is a man-made beach in Naha City, and the only area within the city where swimming in the ocean is sanctioned.
Yuigahama Beach
Yuigamahama Beach is a sandy beach within Kamakura City that faces toward Sagami Bay. It has been beloved as a swimming spot ever since the Meiji era (1868~1912) and today it is commonly visited by families and surfers.
Kondoi Beach
Kondoi beach is located around 6km away from the west of Ishigakijima. It preserves the pristine beauty of Okinawa; the waters are transparent clear, making the beach a miracle of nature. Emerald green water shining between snow-white sand and cobalt blue sky.
Moon Beach
This natural beach is located on the west coast of Okinawa's main island. The name "Moon Beach" comes from the fact that the beach is shaped like a string-moon. The white sand beach is 175 meters long, and it looks like a beautiful picture when the sun sets over the sea.
