Greetings, As my wife and I prepare to fly back to the USA today, and the memories of our Tour are still fresh in our memory we want to thank you. The tour you set up for us was absolutely wonderful. The places we visited were beautiful and we were blessed with excellent weather. Our thanks go especially to the tour guides and drivers who met and exceeded all expectations. They were always on time and very helpful when we had questions or wanted to visit some place special. If ever asked, I will certainly recommend Novaland Tours for travel in South Korea. Thanks to Joanna who was instrumental in helping us decide on what tour to take, then kept us informed as any changes occurred. A really first class trip planner. Finally, a special thanks to the people of Korea for having built such a wonderful country. I was first stationed in Korea in 1959/60 at Camp Kaiser. My job was to patrol the DMZ. At that time, I must admit I never thought the country had a chance of becoming what it is today. The people of Korea, in my humble opinion have brought about a miracle. David and Mona Storey

Dear Joanna, Tomorrow we return home from a glorious Korean trip! This by far was the very best trip we have taken-anywhere! I thank you for arranging such a successful adventure - the hotels were all very nice, the tour guides outstanding and the food was some of the very best we have enjoyed. The tours were all interesting and we learned so much. The people of Korea are kind and so friendly! We look forward to returning to Asia, with you as our travel coordinator. Please give me your recommendations for our next trip we have visited China from Shanghai to Beijing, north India, Viernam, Thailand & Turkey, again about 15 days. Thank you again, Carol

Dear Doris Thank you for your follow up. Yes, we are back home. Sorry for late reply as we got quite busy catching up with work. :) We are happy with the tour to Mount Fuji and Kakone. First of all, I thank you for your consistent follow up from enquiry through booking of the tour, answering my questions and also taking the effort to drop me an email on the eve of our trip. That is very thoughtful. The pick up at the hotel was on time & the entire journey to catch the bus to Mount Fuji was also well organised. However, the stops at Mount Fuji and Mount Hakone were both relatively short & so, it was quite a rush to take photos, buy food/ souvenirs & go to the toilets etc. I guess it is a common feedback? :) Not too sure if there is any way to improve on that given the long travel distances. This, we understand too. The tour guide (Mika, if i remember correctly) is very patient & attentive. She also gave us clear instructions on how to return to our individual hotels and sent all of us off on the bullet train which was was great since all of us do not speak or read Japanese & were worried about alighting at the wrong stop. I think the bus driver was polite & drove carefully. Hope the above comments help. I will surely consider booking tours with Novalands again. Have a great weekend! Best regards Julie

Emma, Thanks for asking about our tour with you. I will be glad to respond. The man who picked us up at the airport was great! He gave us a nice talk on the way to the hotel. The man who took us to the airport did not seem to speak English. This was not so good. The tours were fine. Some of the times and directions seemed to change for the program after we got there. This is not good. Pickup time for the airport was changed the morning of pick up—not good. The hotel was fine but some of the staff did not speak much English. The location of the hotel is great. It would be nice to tell your customers like us of some of the points of interest that are within walking distance to the hotel. The night markets are nice but people may not know about them. We found the people very nice, friendly and helpful!!! I hope this helps, Don Ward
