We have had 3 good days with Mr Young. Unfortunately I have gastroenteritis. I have suggested he takes guests to different restaurants. He is very attentive,knowledgeable and reliable. This is said as someone who has been on dozens of tours in 88 countries. The DMZ tour is repetitive and eventually gets boring. Gyeong Ju interesting. The guide did not know we were staying overnight. Then gave us tickets for the return journey for last month!

Hello Lillian, Everything was good, our tour guide in Tokyo was excellent and was able to cater to all our needs. However, the hotel in Kyoto was not that good and needs a lot of improvement. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip and would recommend nova land tours to family and friends. Thank you Best wishes,

Hi Tina! ! All is great! We are at airport now waiting to go to jeju. The weather hasn't been great but hopefully it will improve :) Kim & 'team zhang' were both so helpful. Kim was very informative and took us to the destinations and sampled local cuisines. We all are very happy. Lamer hotel is good- no complains (breakfast was a lil sad though haha). 好评： The bike tour yesterday was great. Our tour guide Annie did an excellent job. We went to the bamboo forest in the afternoon its was amazing. 投诉酒店： I just wanted to let you know that we have arrived safely and enjoying the sounds and sights of Tokyo. You should know however that we are very disappointed with the quality of the Sheba Park Hotel. The room décor is old and musty and poorly located. Frankly it is not a hotel that I would be recommending. It is a big disappointment.

Hi Melody, I’m so sorry it took a while to write back to you, but we were really tired from the jet lag. There’s a 13-hour difference in time between the eastern U. S. and Korea, and when it’s morning there it’s night here. First of all, I can’t tell you what a wonderful time my husband and I had in Busan, and much of it was due to our guide Ms. Kim and driver Mr. Choi. Ms. Kim was extremely knowledgable of the places we visited and made it really interesting with her personal stories. She allowed us to go at our own pace and we felt extremely comfortable with the two of them. The lunches were just right for us - I think it gave us a hint of real Korean food even though it was not spicy-hot. Since we allowed only two days, I know that we did not get a grand view of Busan, but the places chosen were just right to give us a hint of what the area is like. Thank you for arranging the tour. I’m glad I decided to go with a private tour since my husband and I were really tired from the long airplane ride. Please thank Ms. Kim for me and let her know that if we’re ever in Busan again I hope we can find a guide like her. Jean

Hi Emma, These are the things we really liked: Hallim Park, Trick Art Museum, Seongeup Folk Village, Seongsan Sunrise Peak and Women Divers, and the Manjang Cave. Although my children liked the Teddy Bear Museum, my husband and I thought it was pointless. We did not feel it was representative of Jeju Island. Joy was an amazing tour guide. She was kind and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed her company.She was sensitive to the needs of my elderly mother and very concerned about my husband when he cut his toe. We could not have asked for a better tour guide! Having said all of this, in hindsight, we wish we would have simply made reservations at a resort on Jeju Island and spent two days on the beach relaxing. The tour was ok, but we felt that we drove through much of the older parts of the island that were not very attractive. We were also exhausted at the end of each day and had hoped for a more relaxing two days. This was our fault. We did not realize what the tour would be like and wished we had not booked it. We do not feel that we saw the most beautiful parts of the island. Some of the resorts are gorgeous and we would rather have gone to one of them. I hope this makes sense! Kelly McDonald

Dear Doris Tong, I just came back from Japan recent Saturday night. I stayed in Japan about 12 days ( 6 days in Tokyo & 6 days in Hokkaido, using JR PASS) Thanks for your inquiry about tour service, I will answer you as below ; 1) Overall services are good & go smooth, I trust that you are a good consultant. The driver on day tour could speak English language that no problem when mutual communication. For van transportation was comfortable for 9 tourists. My group members told me that the driver is very nice as well as he did not drive fast, follow traffic rules. He could keep time for all attractions (pick up before 08:00 am. and tour disband about 18:30 pm.) 2) & 3) There was no suggestions for improvent, tour service look good for me.. Finally, I will say to thank you for arranging tour without any problems. I will keep consider to use Novaland tour in the future. Best regards, Supachai.

Emma- Our tour was so wonderful! I can not believe how much information Soo Bok knew. He was an amazing tour guide and we sure enjoyed his company! We missed him when the tour was over with him and felt lost! :) I just can't express enough how much we really enjoyed SooBok! He was truly wonderful! Part of our experience was meeting people who lived there and we really enjoyed talking with SooBok! Thank you! Please extend our gratefulness to SooBOk! The tour itself as far as what was on the agenda was great. It sure was a LOT and the only reason we decided to cut it short was because we would get home at night so tired and have not time to shop and explore. So we wanted a afternoon to shop for family at home. We felt bad cutting it short! But we have little kids at home that was hoping for fun gifts from Korea! :) Also we were visiting the orphanage and wanted to have enough time and rest for that! Everything was very well organized and punctual! Everyone that we met that was part of your tour package was so accomadating and nice to be around! Thank you!! Audrey
