1. How is our service throughout your tour from any aspects you feel? Such as our travel consultant, tour guide’s, drivers or others’ attitude; hotels, transportations, scenic spots’ arrangement; and any other words you would like to say to me.
( overall the service is good , as we know the tourist industry and the general manner in Japan is above the others :) , we were happy and appreciate of all the arrangement and the persons involved , especially our tourist guide in Hiroshima , Akiko san, she is one of a kind, one of the best guide we have encounter ) some small think maybe some new tourist may be shock if they may need to stand up in the train when rush hour, it may be good if they are informed before)
2. Where can we improve to be better and stronger?
( additional time at the place that so many souvenir shop , so we can have enough time to spend or to buy the souvenirs)
3. Any other valuable comments, travel experience and happy moments you may have.
(We are happy with your company arrangement , we will recommend the service to our friends and especially for you Ann, I do personally appreciate , your full support and attention to the detail and make our travel more secure and safe.)

Dear lynee,
My mum is fine. Please don't blame the tour guide, he is a nice person. He did help my mum by holding her hand afraid she will fell down while she tried to get down the car. He used his own car treat us like VIP driving us to the airport and help us to carry heavy luggage and help us check in the international connection flight since we don't know how to speak japanese.
The overall trip is great. Please don't blame the tour guide.

The tour arrangement was great. We had a good tour guide and driver. The tour guide and driver is a nice person.However, i think there are things that needs improvement. There are places that tour guide dont follows us in the attraction. He just give us a map to go in by our own. The floor is slippery. I worry about my mum will fall down. And she did fall down as when we are looking for the car. My mum got brues on the butts after fall down.I think the tour guide has to follows us in the attractions taking care of my 75 years old mum.my mum is old need some special care. i mean this will be an extra good service if he follows us. We also need explaination on the all attraction by following us in after buying tickets for us. Beside, the tour guide does not offers automatically to take picture for us. We have to ask him for help and then he help us after asking. There is one time we take picture at otaru, he went toilet.
I hope your tour company will improve. I definately will join your tour arrangement as when i will be travelling again. I hope the rate of the tour will lower down so that i can go more places for hoilday.

I 'll wait for the guide at 7:45 to the day trip to Macau and I spoke with thd guide in Guangzhou about the pick up time tl co to the airport so I'm so happy that I will trust with your company for the following trips to East Asia.

Yes, we had a good time. It's a relief to have someone who speaks English & Japanese as our guide. Mr Sun & the driver took care of us very well indeed. Very happy with the service & will definitely use Novaland again when we go back to Japan in the future. Thank you also for the fast reply despite it being last minute & also peak holiday season.

Our travel guide who was also our driver for 3 days had the 3P’s to be an ideal guide: pleasant, professional and perfect!
Since our family travels a lot, perhaps you could have included the airport/hotel transfer in your package but on the other hand, the taxi system in Jeju from the hotel/airport was very efficient.
I will not only limit my positive feedback on our travel guide but also to the travel coordinator (Siva) who did a remarkable job in replying promptly and ensuring she has addressed all our needs even when we were at Jeju. Hope your “boss” can read this too!

Yes Cindy! We arrived home safe and sound and I praise our LORD GOD JESUS CHRIST for HIS protection and guidance!
I would like to thank you for your extremely helpful attitude towards all my queries. You replied to all my emails promptly.
And the most I appreciate about your service is that you brought up suggestions on how can I lessen my tour expenses. It turned out to be a good help indeed!
Our driver arrived promptly and was very professional from the get-go. Though he cannot speak english language, by the help of our tour guide, he suggested stores and shops where we can buy cheap and affordable souvenirs.
Our Tour Guide, Hero was also very knowledgeable about all the places we’ve visited and even give us a more interesting insights about Japanese culture and history. He answered almost all our questions eagerly. Our trip with him turned out to be a very informative one, just what we wanted it to be.
Overall, our one (1) day private tour turned out to be an amazing one! I will recommended you and your agency to all of my friends and relatives. I would surely contact you and use Novaland again on my next tour.

First of all, thank you for arranging and tailoring the ground tour and transportations as per our request. It was a pleasure arranging travel itineraries with you as you were patient to understand our concerns and you attend quickly to our queries.
As for the feedback:

Overall everything turned out as planned except for the hiccup that we experienced during our flight transfer from Busan to Seoul (Gimpo) due to airport system problem. Because of that we were rushed that morning due to failure to check in and was almost caused to miss our flight. But the travel consultant (Melody) attended to the matter swiftly when contacted and provided us the details requested by the airlines. She even reassured us to leave the matter to her so that we can enjoy the rest of our trip which is much appreciated.

Regarding tour guides, the Jeju tour guide (Victor) was lackadaisical for some parts but he still took us around as per itinerary and gave brief explanation of each attraction. The Busan tour guide (Kim) was excellent and was great at guiding us around and explaining in more depth the history and background of each attraction and of the city Busan itself. We enjoyed the days spent with her in Busan.
As for the drivers, the one who took us from Seoul (Gimpo) airport to our hotel in Seoul is really a great help and nice even though he spoke minimal English. The one who drove us around in Busan is also great and accommodating.

We are satisfied with the overall service and are thankful for a well planned trip. Despite the earlier apprehension of engaging Novaland Tours, our trip was well taken care of and everything was as planned. Special thanks to Melody (travel consultant) and Kim (tour guide) who offered their utmost professionalism and commitment to ensure we have a planned and memorable trip in South Korea.

Hello Bruce, as I told you before, I am not in Japan . The passengers are my sons and grandson. Through the photos I think that everything was very good and the view, I think, could n´t be better. The only complain was lunch, they could n´t choose what to eat and not very good.
