Hard to believe that we’re leaving for LA tomorrow. It’s been a wonderful tour of Japan. The tour guides you provided us were wonderful-especially Yoshi, Miho and Yuki.
The only area that could’ve been better was the hotel in Tokyo. It was OK at best. The breakfast was disappointing compared to the other hotels we stayed in. Thanks.

We decided on our first visit to Japan several months prior the planned date. Considered many scenarios from totally organized and up to the "Rent a Car and plan everything by myself". During searching different data sources on the net, I found Novaland Tours, that seems to be a provider of flexible and tailor-made tourist service for many tourist locations around the Globe. After some cons and pros considerations, I sent an enquiry from the company website.
During next 24 hours I received a reply from Melody May with detailed description of the provided service models.
To make long story short - I described as detailed as possible what we were looking for and voila, got a scheduled detailed plan of the trip. I was quite impressed form Melody's responsiveness and willing to assist. During planning sessions, I learned a lot and made several adjustments to the scheduled plan.
Now, after returning home I'd conclude that the decision to use the Novaland services and especially, being lucky to have a Melody as our travel agent, was the correct one. This saved us many efforts to pre-order / reserve attractions, transportations, English speaking guides, time coordination and much more.
I can say that we had a perfect balance between guided parts ot the tour and flexible free time.
I decided to make accommodation reservations by myself (to have some Booking benefits), still Novaland managing this part as well with great precision and according to your preferences.
Financially, I'd say (this is personally adjustable) that I enjoyed paying for the service, while recognizing amount of saved time of planning, manage risks of missing attractions or checking availability of sites, managing transportation including airport pick-up and drop-off.
I also want to mention Melody responsiveness by e-mail and WhatsApp for real-time changes, validation that we are Ok and proceeding well. And finally had some positive surprises from Novaland (good meal during the trip, small presents from guides). BTW, some attractions that we decided to skip - we got immediate refund (when the location was either refundable or payment had to be made during entrance.)
I have to mention English guides' efforts to explain about the attraction, site, location as well as listening to our stories. Was very enriching and also had good opportunity to talk to such a kind persons.
Finally, I have a pleasure to recommend Novaland and Melody May for professional service.
