Amazing SOLO trip

It has been incredible trip to jeju, i would say its my first time solo trip to some outside destination . thanks to novaland trip for its fantastic cheap and best .customized trip . first of all i would glad to thanks miss. helen yang for her wonderful help all through out my trip she tailored my trip according my needs. I am able to see all wonderful,breathtaking ,mother nature . Able to meet some wonderful strange travel. Able to have mouthwatering Korean food.and last but not the least i would like to thank our travel guide mr.light for his fascinating communication ,his jeal to explain the destination history .his composite attitude had made me amusing.once again thanks novaland travel for wonderful trip

Ah! Yes! I did meet mySunrise Tour at the scheduled time that next morning (Monday). At the arrivaldesk, I think her name was Yumi? (I hope I'm not getting the name confused withmy tour-guide through Osaka on the previous day, which was either Yuri orYuki?)
She was a BIGHELP to me! She spoke with Lost & Found, determined what station had mybag, and directed me in how to get there after my morning tour. She even wrote hername & phone number on a piece of paper with my claim number, in case thesecurity team was unable to communicate with me. Unfortunately, the securityteam kept the piece of paper with her contact info, so I have been unable torelay our success and my thanks to her. Could you pass this information alongto her, please? I am so grateful!!

Overall, I had agreat time during my vacation in Japan given this is my first trip and also asolo traveler. The hotels are nice and located near train station. The tourswere good as well and the tour guides were very friendly. I definately willrecommend this vacation package to my friend in Malaysia.
Do let me knowhow are you going to refund the lunch arrangement that was used utilized.
