[18:11, 11/12/2024] Victor CJ141675: The guides were very nice and friendly and often times went above and beyond of what was expected. Our absolute favorite was Natsuko who was so warm and personable as well as knowledgeable.

We absolutely loved Yumi! She was the best guide we’ve had with Novaland. The day trip was amazing thanks to her. She truly made the trip great.
Thank you so much again for another wonderful trip! We have arrived safely back at home and already can’t wait to plan our next trip with Novaland again :)

It’s beautiful! Checks all the boxes. We just got back from our day at Mt Fuji and had great views. It’s been a wonderful trip. Sad but happy to head home tomorrow! Thank you again for doing a great job with planning! Things have gone very smoothly and enjoyed all the guides and hotels.
Would highly recommend the Ginyu. We’ve met a lot of people staying at Gora Kadan but this one seems more intimate
