Jade Kim was a great,laid-back tour guide, he showed up on time at the hotel, had a roomy van for transportation; amenable to change schedules when all of us are tired; recommending appropriate food for lunch. and of course the knowledge of old history sites and treasures were abundant. It was overall very good experience and I do recommend him for other English speaking families.
I’m sorry for the late response. We are on the way to Osaka now.
Both guides have been very helpful. So far, both hotels we stayed were also conveniently located and good.

The trip to Japan was wonderful. We had a great time. The guides were excellent. I would not change anything except maybe adding more days to the trip!!! I am happy to have visited Japan. You and Novaland made this experience precious and unforgettable. I will come back to Japan again.

We had a great time in Korea. Our guide Freddie provided outstanding service- he exceeded all expectations and maximized our time in Korea. From pick up to drop off at the airport he really took good care of us. Very polite and welcoming. He went above and beyond. We lucked out on our guide and would always have great memories of our time there. All thanks to him.

Had a great time yesterday. We tried the ramen yesterday. My little one love ramen. Also tried the eggroll in the fish market. Thank you so much. Tour guide was great. He really explained a lot in each of the places we went. We all fell asleep early when we got back to the hotel. Good sign my kids enjoyed too.

One would recognize the importance of heritage sites as these are a testament of how rich Korea cultures are!
Our travel was possible through the efficient Novaland Tours and of course, Charlie Kim, a very dependable, friendly, and articulate tour guide!
Thank you for organising the tour in South Korea and all the modifications you had to do with the changes I wanted. I enjoyed Jeju the best, especially the gardens with the caves.
