Thanks so much Lily! My father loved it. He loved everything and the food too. they got home safe and he never felt exhausted and was able to walk. Although the timing was not good to see Mt. fuji because it was raining. Overall, the tour was awesome. Will contact you next time when it's my turn to visit hopefully Osaka and Hokkaido :)

Thank you for trying to get some refund for our change in plans on our trip. We really appreciated all of your efforts before & during our trip. For me personally all my dealings with you were positive & I would certainly recommend you to any friends & family for travel plans. Hello Alice – we are having a great time. And are enjoying the tours. In particular, our guide Yoshi in Nagasaki was wonderful.

Alice - we did our tour yesterday. Ourguide was great and he had to wait over 2 hours for us to clear immigrationbefore we could get to him.
The public transportation was fine - oneperson did not leave the ship at all because of all the touring we had alreadydone. The other person who had problems walking only did part of the tour andtook a taxi back. So it worked just fine.
