I have been wanting to write to you but was caught up in work etc. Firstly thank you for a lovely
Trip every thing was very well done . Your partner sunrise tours was very good and the tour guides
All of them were very knowledgeable and motivated with fantastic energy .
The hotels organised by you were god and well located .
Just few feedback points - The hotel in Kyoto was well located and good but the breakfast was very limited mainly Japanese and should have more variety for international tourist western style should
be available .
The Tea Cermony was good but again the dinner served by them was very basic very bland and limited .
The Hokkone hotel was very good but we checked in 6 pm and checked out 10 am we asked for a late check out but were not given . The dinner was included in the package we asked for vegetarian for my wife but were not given .
Just thought I would share thease points with you .
The lady who was our tour guide to Mt. Fugi was really excellent I forget her name but would like to pass my compliments to her .

We’re back to Singapore today.
I want to thank you on behalf of my mother and myself for helping to make our Tokyo trip a memorable one. I must admit I was a bit nervous since I was traveling with my aged mother, and since all the planning with you was through email. However kudos to you for patiently answering every question and planning the trip meticulously.
Btw, I left the wifi rental inside the return envelope at the Hilton front desk; hope it has reached where it is supposed to.
