Right now we're back to normal, back to work but still remembering our wonderful holiday :)
Thanks to you and Novaland tour and travel. Since it's the first time we've used a travel agent through a website, not from our country and without a meeting, honestly we doubt this travel. But be sure after reading testimony from your customer, especially good value provided by web tripadvisor.
And from the beginning we arrived at tokyo, we were satisfied with the planning, the hotel used, the tour guide was informative, had extensive knowledge, and satisfy us. This is an unforgettable private vacation.

I am sorry that I have not written soon about the wonderful trip we had to SK. Everyone was delightful and informative. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who is interested in visiting a beautiful and ancient country.
The reason for my delay was due to a medical emergency shortly after I returned home. I am now on the mend after surgery and looking forward to things getting back to normal

Hi, Melody,
We had such a fun and interesting experience with the traditional tea ceremony! The hostess was so gracious and knowledgeable of the event. She also asked a volunteer to do the ceremony which our young Emily demonstrated. Yes, the cost was as you said and Mr. Tanaka even showed me the receipt.
By the way, Mr. Tanaka also returned to us 7,000yen as we did not go anymore to the aerial gardens the first day. We were tired from all the walking and seeing 2 gardens already!
Thank you for Mr. Tanaka who took us to the major historical sites of Osaka and Kyoto! He was well versed on the history of Japan and such a pleasant person to be with. He brought us to restaurants that had authentic Japanese cooking frequented by the locals.
Again thank you for the wonderful experience of Japan.

This message came after the trip as I brought a new i-pad and It asked for the password which I couldn’t retrieve. So sorry for not answering or telling you about the excitement everyone had on our trip till now!
Well, I told you how happy we were with Mr. Tanaka!
Our guide in Tokyo, Max, for short, and Mt. Fuji was just as good! He introduced us to a couple of heritage sites in Tokyo, took us around the city and to places we’ve heard of about Tokyo! However, the trip to Mt Fuji was met with rainy weather. We did still get to the 5th summit and Get to be by its side! Then we did get a fantastic view of Mt Fuji on our way to the lake. We got to see beautifulviews on the boat ride by the lake!
Another excitement for us all was the bullet train ride to Osaka, a first for all of us!
Melody, thank you indeed, for arranging for us this Japan vacation! We were all pleased with the accomodations with breakfast to start our day! The hotels were so neat!

Hi Alice,On behalf of my family, I just wanted to extend our gratitude for planning a wonderful vacation in Japan & Korea. Other than the miscommunication at the Gion corner show (which was their fault completely), everything went fairly smoothly, and we were very happy with the accommodations, the driver/guides, and the transportation. The wheelchairs worked out well for my mom, also. I appreciate your availability on Facebook. That was very helpful. And of course, throughout the entire booking process, you have been very easy to deal with. I really appreciate good customer service!
The only comment I wanted to add was that our airport drivers (from Day 1 in Tokyo and Day 4 in Osaka) did not speak English as I thought they would. Luckily our fellow traveler Catharina is fluent in Mandarin, so she was able to communicate with them for us. Just wanted to share that information with you.
Anyway, we would definitely use Novaland again for any future tours to Asia. We will recommend to our friends and family.

I am beginning to plan a trip to China for 2019 with my brother.
I want to visit Hong Kong (do not need any tours there since I was just there), chengdu, xian, Beijing, and Shanghai. You can include other cities along the way that you may think are worth visiting.
Planning a two week trip total. It can start or end in Hong Kong for 3 days.
I would prefer to travel by high speed rail or airplane when possible.
I am hoping you can build a nice itinerary.

Thank you for the photo flash gift opportunity. I've been busy getting back into normal routine so I haven't been able to go through my pictures (phone and camera) to pick out the specific pictures. I will definitely get back to you but maybe it'll be awhile from now. Lol, if that's okay.
Here's a few thoughts that I'll list:
- There were some days that we couldn't do things that were listed on the itineraries because of the hours of operation.
- Sunrise Tours, they did great on all of our coach tours.
- In Hakone, the taxi ride from Odawara station to the hotel was extremely expensive for the distance. We had to take two cars which ended up being double the price. There was a couple that was on the same coach tour as us. They were picked up by taxis from Mt. Komagatake Ropeway and dropped off to the same hotel as us. They indicated that it was pre-arranged and paid for prior to so perhaps that could be an option for setting up your guests that need to get to their hotels.
- Osaka Bay Area tour indicated it was a coach tour but ended up being a private tour and public transportation which wasn't a problem.
- Osaka to Busan flight itself was fine. There was confusion regarding our booking because I didn't realize we didn't have the actual confirmation code. I had the ticket numbers but not the booking number.
- All the private drivers were all good drivers and were all on time (except for that small confusion over Seoul Airport pick up).
- The tour guides were all pretty good.
- Portable WIFI was very handy.
Overall, it was a great experience. We really enjoyed our time and overall felt safe and taken care of.
