Our guide for the Matsumoto Castle & Kamikochi was Shin.

Shin is a superb guide, sharing his knowledge of the history of Matsumoto Castle, he took us walking around the area & guided us on the Kamikochi hike.

He is a very knowledgeable, friendly & patient guide.

He takes pride in his job & showed us photos, pictures & history of the Matsumoto castle etc.  Would highly recommend him for future trips.

Our group of 6 went in a van  together for this tour.

Fortunately for all of us the weather got better as the day went by. It was cloudy & sunny during our Kamikochi hike so our group thoroughly enjoyed our tour today.

Both Metropolitan hotels were good in terms of location. The Tokyo hotel is newer & had better breakfast menu.

Driver is also very good.

First of all Melody, the guide Yumi was exemplary. She was organized, very informative, very observant and kind( she noticed at the beginning I have a little trouble going down long flights of stairs) and she was very well prepared and always had an alternative plan and was always thinking ahead. She is a wonderful guide.

We had a very nice day  today. William is an excellent driver and he took very good care of  us both yesterday and today.

	Meet Your Interests?	5	On the whole yes. Busan, the sky capsule, Tokyo, imperial palace was closed on Monday, so could have taken that into consideration. Seoul, a museum would have been good.
	Too Tight or Too Loose?	5	Bit tight but were forewarned
Meals		4	Breakfast at couple of places could have been better. Guide recommendations were excellent!
Public Transportation (train, flight, cruise, etc.)		4	All very smooth once we figured out and asked for help at train stations. Maybe can help board trains.
Any Other Aspect			Maybe women guides and drivers would be good with an all female group as it would be good to get their perspective and on same wavelength with regard to interests and kdrama knowledge.
Overall Score of the Whole Package		5	Met our needs.
