Amazing Carefree Trip to Korea

Novaland Tours was amazing! Melody Fan was my contact and she did a great job at planning everything out. Our meals and hotels were well taken care of. The activities that we had scheduled were both fun and enticing! On days when we didn't have a tour guide, she was able to give us suggestions on what we could visit instead. I am so happy that I look forward to booking with them again for our January 2020 trip.

One of the most memorable tours that I had ever had, thanks to Novaland Tours for organizing the same - real value for money. My 7 days trip was planned so meticulously taking into consideration all my requirements esp. with regard to the interests of my 10 year old kid. Our first day trip to Mt. Fuji and 2nd day trip to Nikko and the 3rd day City tour were professionally organised with English speaking guides and of course with sumptuous lunch.

My special thanks to Melody from the whole family for customizing the trip well in advance with all necessary clarifications from time to time. Above all the itinerary carried every minute information that one can easily follow to get things done.

Amazing experience

This is my second Novaland tour itinerary after utilising their services in Japan. I had three days of tours with Novaland covering two seat-in-couch tours (including one to the DMZ) and a personalised tour on the third day covering specific areas I wanted to go to. Everything was organised perfectly - the tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and indulged my mad love for K-pop and K-Dramas with good humour!

I organised these tours very late as my trip wasn't confirmed until the day before I left. Nevertheless, Lynee at Novaland organised everything for me to the last detail despite the late notice. It was absolutely brilliant! She was always on hand, answering questions and being extremely responsive from start to finish.

I know I will be using Novaland again for my next big Asia holiday!

Thanks, we had s fabulous day despite the rain. BK was very patient and informative, knowledgeable and he took us for a delicious lunch. We really enjoyed ourselves and learnt lots and saw vegetables , seafood and other foods that we have not seen before .

Thanks for your email, they did enjoy the tour but were only able to do the palace in the limited time. They are now all home safe and enjoyed their complete trip to both Japan and the stop in Seoul.
