I brought my family to Tokyo and Kyoto in May 2026. The most important criteria we had was a wheelchair accessible tour as my 86-year-old mom would be travelling with us. We contacted 3 potential tour agencies to plan the trip. Melody was the first to contact me and came up with a very comprehensive 8-day tour putting in all the places we requested. She was able to recommend appropriate accommodations and tours that catered to wheelchair bound traveller. She was able to provide information to the minute details of the height of the step onto the van and the amenities in the bathrooms so that we were well prepared for the trip. I was impressed by Melody's attentiveness to details when she alerted me that the double beds in one of the accommodation is smaller than the standard twin bed and provided alternatives to make our stay comfortable. The drivers and tour guides were very punctual and we were able to cover all the tourist spots without a hassle. All the drivers that the agency engaged were very professional, helpful and friendly. One of them even picked us up at the platform in Kyoto Station to reduce our anxiety in navigating our way out of the station. When our visit to DisneySea was cut short due to cancellation of fireworks, the driver was able to pick us up within half an hour upon request. The tour guides were very experienced and knowledgeable. They provided both verbal and hand-drawn visual narration of the historical background of each place. They were very good in recommending the right spots for photo taking for a crowd free background. On the trip round Lake Kawaguchiko, the tour guide and driver went the extra mile to look for the right spot to catch a family photo with the cloud covered Mount Fuji. My children were elated that the tour agency was able to get the much sought after tickets to Ghibli Museum. We had a really good time in Japan and this being my mom's last trip overseas has really left her with a very positive experience. I would like to thank all who had helped in making our trip hassle-free and memorable. It would not have been possible had it not been for Melody who coordinated the whole trip and responded to my queries beyond working hours. I would recommend Novaland Tours to those would like to go on a smooth sailing private tour.

Just got back from our Nagasaki tour. Oh my gosh Amina, we loved Mitchy, our tour guide. She was phenomenal! I swear your tour guides keep getting better and better. She was great. Patient. Kind. Told funny stories. She took great care of us. She was fun and entertaining.

Hi Amina, wanted to let you know that we had another great tour today in Busan, South Korea. Our tour guide, Ryan was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of photos for us. He was so patient and was always looking out for us. We are now 3 for 3 with our guides. They've been the best.

Good Morning Amina. Just wanted to let you know that we had another beautiful excursion yesterday in Hiroshima with Aikee being our tour guide! Novaland has graciously given us the top tier tour guides that we could have ever asked for! Aikee was fabulously fantastic! She was so professional and knowledgeable. She took such good care of us while in Hiroshima. She was so kind and patient. Our entire day went smoothly. Aikee was a lot of fun. You couldn't help but smile when she was talking and guiding us. She even became our origami teacher when we visited the Orizuru Tower which we loved. It was THE perfect day. So far, we are 2 for 2 for having the most magical tour days while in port. Thank you Novaland. I forgot to mention to you in my last message that our drivers have been fabulous as well. The guides and drivers work together in perfect harmony. Looking forward to meeting out tour guide tomorrow in Busan. Thanks again for everything Amina. My entire group has been very thankful for all that you and your team has helped arrange for us.

Hi Amina, how are you? I wanted to let you know that our tour guide, Yasuko Nagai, for Osaka/Kyoto (yesterday) was the best. My whole group just loved her. She was so personable. She was so informative and very professional. All our tour places were phenomenal. I was very happy with all the choices I made. I'm just sad we only have Yasuko for one time. Yasuko is a keeper.

Yes, everything went very well and we were pleased and our drivers/guides were all excellent, especially Clover and Jade.
