We booked a 5 day trip, starting in Gwangju and finishing in Incheon. Our travel consultant, Lynee was very helpful and responsive, with plenty of communication to make sure that everything met our needs.
We were picked up by our lovely Tour Guide, Young, who was very helpful and flexible, changing things around according to how we were feeling. We were a diverse group of friends aged 62 to 87, so it was quite a challenge to keep us all happy!
The stay in the Hanok Village in Jeonju was a particular highlight.
As many times and Elayne and I have been to Japan, this was our first tour on the mainland as we usually visit family in Okinawa and Miyako. This was Sue and Becca’s first time ever to Japan. It was quite an experience, and it did not disappoint! Our tour guides were wonderful! My sister and I have always wanted to ride the Bullet Train Shinkansen and we really enjoyed it.
The itinerary you put together for us was perfect! Thank you so much for all your help, and thank you to all the tour guides who showed us around.
Dear Lynee,
Thanks for help and organizing very good 5 days Seoul visit for us.
Kind Regards,
S Saxena
Best regards

Hi, Cindy~
Everything went well. Hotel Clubby is perfect; I want to besure that the triple room will have 3 single beds and not 2 beds and one sofapull out, pls. The first night we stayed there, the triple room had 2beds and one pull out bed. When we went back for the last 3 nights, Room215 had the 3 separate beds.
Mr. Saitoh was a good driver; not necessarily a guide because he hadlimited explanations unless we asked specific questions. Overall, when welooked at our itinerary, we really didn't need a guide per se since there wereEnglish brochures if we wanted. Those of us who have had Young in Korea, hold all others to that standard!
For future reference: staying at a different hotel to be closer tothe venues/attractions may be a better option instead of the long drive, especially to Furano and Biei. Also, we could have skipped the Toya Lakecruise and rope way and shopped in Otaru/canal shops and spent more timevisiting the area.
I know our time was limited so all in all, everyone agreed it was a goodtrip--we saw a lot and ate a lot! The experience was wonderful! Andnow that the other six have been there, they'll be able to say what they wantto do next time!
Aloha,
Ione
