I have done all the tours and all of them went so well! I put the wifi device, charger and USB in the envelop and the hotel receptionists will drop it in the post box.

We all enjoyed the tour. We took a lot of photos of the lovely foliage everywhere. We do not have much to comment on Emily the 1st tour guide as she was with us for just a day. She was nice to bring us snacks on the morning we met on the day of our tour, she was also our photographer for group pictures.
[2019-11-12] Alicia EK108346: Jade Kim, the tour guide for Busan is very nice & knowledgeably. He patiently explained to us the story of the attractions we visited. I think he is a foodie which we appreciated because we love good food. He took us to non touristy places for local gourmet food which we enjoyed so much. He was also very patient with us, having 8 ladies with different opinions was not easy.
We were not happy with the driver who drove us around in Busan. He was driving while on the phone most of the time putting us in risk. He would turned on the air conditioning only when asked. The mini bus was hot & stuffy.

[2019-11-12] Alicia EK108346: Overall we enjoyed our tour very much. Thank you for putting the itinerary together. You did a great job. The value hotel in Busan was great. The room was spacious. The Thomas hotel in Myeongdong is a little small and basic.

Sorry about the delay with my reply.
We were very satisfied with the transfer from the airport to our hotel and day tours ( I will expand on this ).
The hotel was in a good location and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The cost of the hotel included breakfast, my husband quite liked the breakfast but I found that the choice was not very good for non Asians.
The day tours were of a high quality and we visited some amazing places and the tour guides were mainly very good. I did feel that too much was crammed into the day as some locations visited we were only allowed to say for a very short time. Maybe less places visited on the one day and more quality time in the locations would be my suggestion.
Thanks Siva for organising our holiday, we had a very enjoyable stay in Japan.

All went well. We got the wheelchair! David is a very good guide, we got to do quite a bit in the little time we had left. Big, comfortable vehicle, a van.

safe and sound in Busan hotel. Grace (David's colleague) has been keeping in touch with us and contacted Jade Kim as well. He was waiting at the train and took care of us and the bags. Very nice fellow.
Excellent day and guide. All went well, had a good time.
We enjoyed rides and shows in DisneySea despite heavy rains, haha.
And really THANK GOD we had a good view and enjoyment of Mt Fuji, did the cruise and cabe car ride/view.Thanks for the help.
