Dennis and I want you to know how much we enjoyed our guide Shoko-san. She was absolutely wonderful. She was so organized, fun, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The perfect balance between friend and teacher.
She knows Machico, our guide from May 2023 when Anita and I travelled to Naoshima. She called Machico and we got to have a lovely conversation.
We also want to thank you for your excellent organizational skills. We very much appreciate you booking us on Shinkansen seats with our oversized baggage right behind our seats. So easy.

All tours taken were great especially we saw Mt. Fuji definitely timing is everything. We love Hiroko for both of our tours and Yoshi! The group tours was also good except the rain which is something can't be control. Our onsen experience was awesome, lots of food for both dinner and breakfast.

This afternoon we bid goodby to our fantastic guide, Shoko Yano, who shared and taught us so much about art and Japanese culture during our stay on Naoshima. She even took us on a lovely visit to Teshima Island. We miss her infectious smile, good cheer, and sense of wonder very much.

Just want to say thank you for making all the arrangements and for the efficient management of the itinerary. I and my husband are very happy with the trip and we have had good memories.
We are happy with all the arrangements especially the guides who did a great job(Mr Kazu,Ayumi and Satomi) who went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and looking for escalators and elevators to avoid the climbing of stairs. Even the service assistants who made sure we went to the right platform in the train stations and get to the hotel safely - they kindly stayed to see we were booked into the hotel showing their dedication to their work and the drivers who were there to pick us up and send to the airport and hotels promptly.
We are so grateful as being seniors and having some medical problems we were really well taken care of every step of the way.
Thank you again for doing a marvellous job in co ordinating everything. I would engage Novaland Tours if we are going on another vacation and would certainly recommend to my family and friends.

We absolutely loved Yumi! She was the best guide we’ve had with Novaland. The day trip was amazing thanks to her. She truly made the trip great.
