As a tourist, we would not be aware of this. It might be a good idea to provide such info for future visitors. | |

She appeared more reserved compared to the other guides, but this did not limit her scope as a guide which she carried out very well. I felt bad that most, if not all, of the tours involved night time. However she did not at any time rush through the visits. | |

| Hotels | Huangshan yuanjing Boutique hotel | Location: 4 Comfort: 5 | The actual location of the hotel is a 5-star rating; the 4-star rating is because I was assigned a room in what appeared to be the older building of the hotel. Although there was good view of mist and mountains from the room, I would have preferred a newer room with better bathroom facilities. The cramped bathroom in the assigned room reminded me of bathroom in a cruise cabin or overnight train.rnNo complaints about the hotel in Hongcun which was within walking distance to the village.rnI was also satisfied with the hotel in Jiuzhaigou which was near restaurants which I only discovered later. Was glad there was laundry facilities. |

I was told it may be due to the season, however it was still way below my expectations. However the boat ride was relaxing and enjoyable. As it rained just when the boat ride ended, it was decided not to visit the wetland park itself. | |

Helen Yang, of Novalandtours.com customized a very well planned, private challenging trip for us in a very short time. I took a motorized scooter and modifications were required at times for accessibility and weather reasons, Different teams were well-coordinated as we traveled through the cities such as Tokyo and S. Korea for about 8 days. We landed in Narita, Japan and were transferred via Odiaba area to our hotel. A very comfortable full- day tour of Tokyo showed us the highlights of the city. We took a 14-day cruise from Yokohama to Incheon, S. Korea. We extended our stay in S. Korea for an additional 5 days after the cruise that ended in the pier at Incheon. The last night the ship was docked overnight. Novalandtours pick us up and dropped us off at the pier on the last night the ship was docked at Incheon. We were also picked up after disembarkation the next morning and taken to Seoul. We had a good view of Seoul and then taken by train to Busan and another town where the APEC conference was held in S. Korean in 2025. (Gyeongju).
3 teams privately guided us through Tokyo and S. Korea. They were well-coordinated and we traveled in large, clean, Hyandai Staria vans although it was just 2 of us. The guides were pleasant, well-informed guide-drivers who catered to all our needs and challenges with the all-inclusive, (with 2 included-meals) and accessibility requirements. Modifications to the itinerary had to be made because of the weather and motor scooter accessibility needs on certain occasions. The only thing that we did not accomplish was to view the Fall Foliage but Mother Natures fault because of global warming. We were very happy with the excellent services Novalandtours.com and Helen Yang arranged for us.

****Transportation and accommodation arrangements were punctual, clean, and efficient — reflecting the high standards were well managed.
**Transportions: Our coach driver Eddie, who was with us the duration of the trip, he was extremely impressive in his professionalism, courteousness, smile and warm personality, he was an amazing person to work with and loved by everyone in the group.
** Accommodation: I would like to share one personals concern regarding accommodation. As both the group organiser and the travel agent coordinating this trip, I had expected a room category that reflected my role and contribution to bringing business to the hotel. In future collaborations, I would appreciate it if such considerations could be taken into account — ideally through an upgraded room or suite allocation as a gesture of appreciation for the partnership and effort involved in organising the group.
**Communication and coordination, both prior to and during the trip, were clear, timely, and very helpful.
Suggestions for Future Improvement:
**A few days felt slightly packed; incorporating a bit more downtime or flexibility in the schedule would help participants recharge.
**While most arrangements were good, offering a few more options to accommodate different dietary preferences would enhance the experience further.
Overall, I as well as the group were extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the attention to detail demonstrated by you and your team. The trip was a memorable success, and I look forward to working together again in the future.
