Our recent tour of Petra was nothing less than perfect. We had a private air-conditioned car and a professional and friendly driver for two days. My thanks to Joanna for organizing such an amazing trip. Every detail was just as we had been promised. She also kept in touch with us throughout our time in Jordan. Petra and the surrounding area was simply an amazing experience. Highly recommend Novaland.

Hi Kate,I have attached the survey. A few things I wanted to mention.1. Thank you for arranging everything.Thank you also for all the information you gave me, and the quick replies to all of my emails. The trip was amazing, and it went better than I could have hoped. Everything was perfect, and the tour guides and the drivers were all wonderful people. I will be using you guys again for sure in the future.2. I would suggest not offering the sound and light show at the Giza pyramids. Overall it was pretty outdated and tacky and we ended up leaving 20min into the show.3. We both ended up violently ill 12hrs or so after the Nile river cruise. I'm pretty sure it was the fish. He ate the whole fish entree and I had a few bites. He got way sicker than I did. The food overall was not that great (not your fault, im just giving you feedback).4. I would suggest maybe giving a timeline for some of the activities. For example: The Nile river cruise didnt get over until around 10pm and with traffic back to the hotel we didn't get back until almost 11:30, and then we were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 4:00am the next morning to go to the airport. Had we known how long the dinner cruise was going to take we probably would have opted out, and chose to spend our last night relaxing at the hotel.Neither of these things were huge issues, but I figured you may want the feedback. Thank you again for everything.
Thank you again for your awesome coordination of my dream vacation! From the scheduling of each site to safe travels to and from each site, the trip was perfect. The guide you selected, Mohamed Amen, was superb and provided excellent insight into each site we visited! I really appreciated having him on the entire trip! It really helped to make the trip extra special!
Kudos also to our primary driver Husein Younis! He transported us to the majority of sites and was a great compliment to Mohamed!
Also a thank you to our airport coordinator who expedited each airport arrival and departure!
All in all, it was a fantastic trip! Thank you again for providing such a dedicated group to support me on my trip!

The driver gave a really delicious recommendation for lunch with local food so we were really pleased with that.

We’ve had a fantastic trip! The rental car and self-guided trip was truly the way to go. Please thank Elias for compiling the road book. We followed almost all of his suggestions and found the pace he laid out very conducive to experiencing great sights and hikes. Usually, we’d leave the hotel at 9am and get to the next one at 5pm.

Our private tour to Jordan with Novaland was excellent. Joanna was a huge help and had excellent communications with us. She helped me create the exact trip we wanted. She was always available with answers to any questions, before and during the trip. The driver and guides she booked for us were excellent and we couldn’t have asked for an easier trip in a country that was totally new to us. I will definitely use them again!
