Thank you very much Yoshi for the wonderful tour of Tokyo and Mt. Fuji today. Even though the weather was uncooperative, you still managed to show us some of the interesting places. Special thank you for being very patient for the old guy (that's me) who couldn't keep up with the younger ones. I will send of my coment to Grace. Thank you Yoshi! Aregato!!!!
Hello Grace,
We have enjoyed our tour of Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka and the many wonderful places that your tour guides accompanied us. Yoshi, Sumie and Haroko are all very knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. And of course, thank you to you Grace for updating us every step of the way. I highly recommend your agency for superb customer service.
Just want to tell you we are thoroughly enjoying our well organized trip. Our guides Moto and Seiya were both excellent and the hotel was perfect. Currently enjoying the train ride to Kyoto. Thanks.
Regards

20 wonderful days
First I think it's an fantastic idea to have your own agent, in my case it was Melody, and she was amazing, everything was perfect, the guides are professional and punctual, the transportations, the itinerary was perfect and I can say only THANK YOU! no bad memories in the whole 20 days I spent in that beautiful and remarkable country.
We’re already at the end of our trip. It’s been a very memorable visit to Japan. We thank you for all your efforts to make this possible and wonderful. Things were planned very nicely for our liking. I’m looking to come back to explore more and learn more about the culture.

Yumiko was such an excellent guide! She is a so educated and fine person, that she made me enjoy every visit. Thank you very much.
Seiya is a great driver and a very good Guide. Thank you again.
I will write you about the whole experience. Your guides are fantastic and you are the best!
Believe me I will tell all my friends about your agency
1/Guides
Both Mr. Toru Kigami and Ms. Yumi Aoyama gave us OUTSTANDING service. They deserve 5 stars (and more).
Mr Toru even pushed the “refinement” to make us some hand-made guides and explanations as shown below:
We had no difficulties communicating with them as their English knowledge is quite good (way better than our Japanese level anyway ).
They provided a lot of explanations, context details and … found very nice authentic restaurants.
2/Activities
I forgot to ask you to request “good weather” when we visited Mt Fuji …
Due to the weather, Mr. Toru Kigami offered us to “switch” activities and took us to the amazing Itchiku Kubota art museum… Wow! You might want to add this to your portfolio.
The Sumo was … very nice and authentic, but with a drawback: the requested silence prevented our guide to provide any explanation… Maybe other Sumo stable are more “flexible” ?
The Tokyo Samurai Ninja Museum was a little bit disappointing … kind of “small and cheap” compared to what whe had seen before.
In Nikko, the places were fully packed (long week-end in Japan), but again our guide Ms. Yumi Aoyama had “hidden resources in her bag” and managed to get us through all the key activities with spare time so we could even visit the Emperor Villa as a bonus.
3/Overall Experience
Dona and I are very impressed by the quality and professionalism of the whole tour and actors until now.
