Kon’nichiwa Lynee, we are at Narita waiting to board our flight back to Calgary, and I want to take a moment to say thank you for everything that you did for our trip. Our time in Japan has been very enjoyable and informative, we have learned about Japanese customs, culture, history, cuisine, and we’ve had a great time. Perhaps the most enjoyable thing about being here has been the politeness and kindness of the Japanese people.

All of the arrangements that you made for guides, drivers, meeting assistants, train and bus tickets, worked perfectly, making it easy for us to travel. I have recommended Novaland Tours to other people that we know.

Doris from Novaland Tours provided excellent assistance throughout my entire planning and booking. She cared enough to listened to what e wanted, our concerns and provided perfect results. We got an itinerary tailored to what we wanted to experience from South Korea, we were provided excellent tour guides that had knowledge of K-pop destinations as well as culture and important places. Our other drivers were respectful, prompt and helpful. We cannot wait to start planning our next trip to see even more of this wonderful country. We will definitely use Novaland again for any upcoming trips. We are so grateful and this was an unforgettable trip from start to finish. THANK YOU!!!!!!
