I do want to share we really liked Toshi Kenda as our guide. She was very accommodating and we can tell she had a plan to maximize our time. Also was very kind to help my mom out. Please share that with her company. 
Partly our fault for not looking up Ghilbi studio and differences in the types of tickets- we found without their premium tickets there were places we could not access(just an FYI for your future planning with other guests). It was still a lot of fun and we had an amazing time. Definitely will use you guys in the future for Japan tours and will recommend to others. Thanks.
