Hi Emma, I just got back from North Korea, so I was not able to contact you before.rn rnI just wanted to thank you for arranging my trip to South Korea. It was a wonderful experience, which I thoroughly enjoyed. All of the arrangements, and accommodations were very satisfactory, and most comfortable. The itinery was packed with the most interesting events and the tour logistics just fell into place naturally. rnrnI would certainly highly recommend Novaland to anyone seeking confirmation of your suitability as a tour operator. rnrnThank You once again and Best Regards rnrnJohn McAvoy

Hi Joanna (my father is also CC'd to the email),rnrnI apologize for getting back to you so late, but getting back from vacations is always hard :-)rnrnFirstly, I want to thank you for a wonderfully organized vacation. We did not encounter any major issues during our time in Korea, and the tours organized by you were orchestrated perfectly.rnrnNow, for more specifics on yours tours:rn1. Jeju tour - as we already mentioned in a previous email, our guide (Yong, I think) did an outstanding job during our two days together. She was extremely nice, had perfect English and knew exactly how to modify our trip to make it as enjoyable as possible to us. We highly recommend her and were 110% happy with the service.rnrn2. Seoul guide (DMZ tour and Seorak) - never in our lives have we encountered such a kind and helpful guide. He took care of ANY small detail or task during our time together, from driving, to tickets, food etc. We highly recommend him as well.rnrnOur guide and driver for the rest of the time (Busan etc until making it to Seoul) were also great, and we had no issues whatsoever.rnrnTo sum up: we would highly recommend your service for anyone considering trips to Asia from Israel, and we had a wonderful time. rnrnPlease don't hesitate to contact us for any additional questions.rnrnCheers from Israel,rn--Gal

Just got back. I enjoyed my trip with Novaland very much! Kim was a delightful tour guide! Besides showing us the sites she was a great person of insight for Busan and Korea in general.I must say everything about dealing with Novaland from start to finish was very professional. I was very impressed how quickly you responded with a trip that I couldn't have planned better myself. Your people came through on time and delivered exactly what you promised and what I wanted. I will be telling anyone going to the Far East about your company. rn rnI was a little hesitant about paying 100% before the tour. I would have preferred a debosit system (say 50%?). But in the end, it all worked out. Thank-you.

Hi Cindy, rnrnI just got back yesterday night. The tour is great, but I think next time I would prefer to join english tour instead of japanese tour. rnMr. Hosono 's english is quite good, we could understand all he said. The food he recommended us for lunch also quite delicious.rnrnHave a nice weekend,rnNadia

Hi Joanna, rnrnI hope you're doing well. Regarding our trip from Kyoto back to Tokyo on August 12, 2015 (Day 4-Wednesday), we were on coach 14 on the bullet train which departed at 8:00 pm and reached Tokyo station after 2 hours. We got out of the train but the driver was not there to meet us as scheduled. We walked far to the left and then far to the right of the station but there was nobody with Novaland plackard. We even stayed for 40 minutes around the area as my son went to information and tried to call you 4x but no answer. A Japanese nearby even helped us use the phone but still unsuccesful. It was getting late and almost all people on the station were gone, so we decided to just use the subway to get back to Shiba Park hotel. It was an ordeal for us especially we are not familiar with places there. Aside from this incident, all the tour guides/drivers who picked us up were on time and we did not have any problem. rnrnWe arrived safely in San Francisco yesterday. Thank you for assisting us in our travel to Japan and Korea. We enjoyed tremendously all the beautiful places, temples/shrines, shows, food and all historical sites that you scheduled for us. My 2 sons liked especially the DMZ adventure. We will remember all these experiences and memories for the rest of our lives. We're grateful to you and Novaland for making it possible.rnrnBert and Tess Gimeno.

Hi. We did have a very good tour but we also had some issues.rn rnFirst, on the day in Tokyo when we had to get a bus a few blocks from our hotel, and carry all of our luggage, that was very inconvenient. We ended up getting two cabs because one wouldn't have been enough. BUt I do think that you could have provided transportation because carrying luggage is not easy. By the same token, when we were dropped off at the train station after the Mt Fuji tour, it was quite a walk to our hotel, again with luggage, and again we had to get a cab halfway when we realized how long the walk would be. I am used to door to door service on tours and not have to scramble to either find the bus in the morning or from a bus to our hotel after a tour. That may be okay if you are backpacking and have just one bag to carry but it's not okay when you are on a three week vacation and have two bags apiece. So the inconvenience of the arrangements at times was notable.rn rnAs to the tours, we liked all of them except the particular tour guide at Hiroshima seemed to have her own agenda as far as moving us along during the tour. It was the 70th anniversary and we wanted to take some time and enjoy the atmosphere but she was always trying to get us moving and not allowing us to stop and look at things. Moreover, when we first arrived at the ceremony, she was at a loss to know where to go, as if she'd never been there, and consequently we weren't able to get positions close to the side fence where we could see, despite having arrived in sufficient time. We spent ten or fifteen minutes wandering around trying to figure out where to go. So we were not happy with her tour guiding. rn rnBut the hotels were all good. And the particular tours were good. Unfortunately, the weather was bad for Fuji so that was a wasted day but that's not anyone's fault.rn rnSo those are my thoughts.rn rnpatrice

Joanna, rnrnYes, our arrangements were great, as was the service our tour guides and driver provided.rnrnHere are some specifics:rnAll hotels were good or great. At the Grand Ambassador in Seoul, the air conditioning did not fully cool our room but the hotel provided us with a fan which helped.rnOur tour guide in Seoul, Young added some sights we had not requested (War Memorial, a hagwan, etc.) which were really good additions. The days were far longer than expected, but the extra effort was worth it.rnSome food suggestions would have helped in Gyeongju as we arrived late and most places were closed. However, we had a McDonald’s across the street :).rnOur other tour guide, Kim, and the driver Mr. Choi were also great and used really good judgement about where to spend time and where to cut things shorter. rnrnThanks for your assistance and should we travel in your territory, we will definitely consider Novaland!

Everything was great. We even had time to run by Toji temple. rnrnI need to look at Tokyo and get to you ASAP. rnNeed tour on Wednesday the 5th. Let me look at a few things we would like to see.rnrnTrain ride back was easy and no issues. rnrnWe ended up with 9 sites I think. It was perfect.

Hi Joanna, rnrnI wanted to tell you that my entire family thought the tour was fantastic. Our guide, Ms Kim, was a sheer joy. She made this stop the best port on our cruise by far.rnrnWe loved talking to her and we all wished we had more time in Busan for Ms Kim to show us even more things in that intriguing city. In talking to her, it sounded like she only did this part-time, which I thought in some ways was a shame... she is a great ambassador for her city and I would think that her positive, friendly attitude would be a great way to have people want to come back to Busan. We know we do!rnrnThanks!rnrnIonrnrnPS: I just submitted a 5 star review on TripAdvisor for this tour, which I hope will be published on their site soon.
