1. Serengeti National Park

The virgin forest here is full of life. The dappled sunlight shines through the trees as high as 30 meters into the verdant woodland. The ground is covered with fungi, lichens, moss and ferns.
There are many large mountains rising from the jungle plains along the eastern coast of Tanzania, covered by forests, connected into a large area, called Eastern Arc Mountains, Udzungwa Mountain is one of the largest and most species of mountains. The mountain range is composed of several independent hills. It is also called the Galapagos of Africa because of its unique flora and fauna. The most famous is the beautiful African violet.
Udzungwa is not a traditional wildlife safari destination, but the best hiking place. There are many hiking trails in the forest, including a half-day hiking trip to the popular Sanje waterfall. The Sanje waterfall flows straight down from 170 meters above and falls into the valley which covers with forest, arousing layers of mist.
The two-night hiking trip to Mwanihana is more difficult. It passes through a highland, from where you can have a bird's eye view of the surrounding plantations; continue climbing, you can reach the second highest peak of the mountain-Mwanihana.
4. Amboseli National Park
The very scenic Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya's most popular parks. It’s located about 230 kilometres south-east of Nairobi on the Tanzanian border. Amboseli enjoys the backdrop of Africa's most iconic mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro, that lies on the other side of the border with Tanzania. The flat open landscape makes for easy game viewing. It became a national park in 1974 and a UNESCO Biosphere reserve in 1991. The name Amboseli means ‘salty dust’ in Masai. What makes it special are the Enkongo Narok and Olokenya swamps fed by the melting snow of Kilimanjaro. These water sources attract animals of all sizes, especially during the dry season.

But the crater is also home to the “big five” and elephants, lions and buffaloes are often spotted. a great numbers of lesser flamingos can be seen at Lake Magadi too.
Archeologists found evidence showing that the area was occupied by hominids over 3 million years ago and thus claiming that it could be the birthplace of mankind.
At end, return to Arusha to rest.
You cross the border into Kenya today, Wake up early from Arusha and travel to the border (Namanga Border Crossing, bring your passport).
After entering Kenya, head to Lake Amboseli. Amboseli is famous for its big game and its great scenic beauty, the landscape is dominated by the towering Mount Kilimanjaro. Large concentrations of wildlife occur here in the dry season, over 80 different mammals and 400 bird species to be found.
Proceed for evening game drive after dinner, you will definitely meet the elephant family.
After breakfast continue with the game drive safari at Amboseli. followed by a visit to the Masai Village.
In the later afternoon, depart for Nairobi. driving through African savanna country dotted with local homesteads and proud colorful Masai herdsmen grazing their cattle. Arrival in Nairobi and check into hotel.
Have a leisure evening in Nairobi city and enjoy delicious local meal on your own.

Tanzania is located in the tropics, south of the equator, and it is warm all year round. The average temperature is around 22°C-29°C in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, and 11°C-22°C in Arusha. But It is usually cool in the morning and evening, There is a big temperature difference between day and night in Tanzania.
It is recommended to prepare two coats, one thin and one thick, wear them in layer, like the 2-peice jacket; to wear long trousers when going out for safari, and sport sandals for those who tend to sweat. It is recommended to wear a "close-fitting T-shirt + 2-piece jacket (with fleece)" in the morning and evening.
When the temperature rises, take off your outermost jacket, then the fleece one and change to quick-drying clothes. You can wear sneakers for exercise in the morning.
