Day 1: Narita Airport - Tokyo

Narita Airport
We will meet you as you exit customs at Narita Airport and escort you to a reserved taxi that will take you to your hotel. Please note that flights are not included in this package. You must arrange your flights to Japan separately.

After arriving at your hotel (list provided below), please check in. The rest of Day 1 is free time.

Day 2: Tokyo

7:55 - 8:45 a.m.
You will be picked up from your hotel. Take a morning tour of Tokyo by motorcoach and visit Tokyo Tower (40 min.), Imperial Palace Plaza (15 min.), and Sensoji Temple and Nakamise shopping arcade in Asakusa (40 min.).

12:00 - 12:20 p.m.
Following a drive through Ueno, the tour will disband in Akihabara or at Tokyo Station around noon, leaving you free to explore Tokyo on your own in the afternoon.

Day 3: Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Hakone - Kyoto

8:00 - 8:45 a.m.
You will be picked up from your hotel. In the morning, travel to Mt. Fuji by motorcoach (120 min.), visit Fuji Visitor Center (20 min.), and drive up to Mt. Fuji's 5th station (30 min.) before continuing to Hakone.

Lunch
Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch in Hakone. After lunch, ride the Hakone Ropeway (20 min.), visit Owakudani (30 min.), and take a cruise on Lake Ashi (30 min.). Board a Kodama Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto at Odawara Station (180 min.).

9:30 - 10:30 p.m.
Check in at your hotel in Kyoto.

Stay overnight at your hotel in Kyoto (list of available hotels linked below).

Day 4: Kyoto - Nara - Kyoto

7:50 - 8:45 a.m.
You will be picked up from your hotel to join a day tour of Kyoto and Nara. In the morning, visit Nijo Castle (50 min.), Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion) (45 min.), and Kyoto Imperial Palace (40 min.).

Lunch

Enjoy a Japanese-style set lunch at Kyoto Nagomikan. (Depending on the tour date, lunch may be a Japanese-style buffet instead of a set.) After lunch, continue to Nara and visit Todaiji Temple and Nara Park (60 min.), Kasuga Grand Shrine (40 min.), and Nara Nagomikan (20 min.). After Nara sightseeing is completed in the afternoon/evening, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Kyoto.

6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Return to your hotel in Kyoto.

Day 5: Kyoto - Tokyo

Free Time in Kyoto
Enjoy Kyoto on your own before returning to Tokyo.

5:00 - 5:50 p.m.
Staff will escort your from your hotel to Kyoto Station. Board a Nozomi Shinkansen to Tokyo (140 min.).

9:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Check in at your hotel in Tokyo.

Day 6: Tokyo - Narita Airport

Free Time in Tokyo
Free time until arranged departure time from hotel by reserved taxi.
Narita Airport
A taxi will pick you up at the arranged time to take you back to Narita Airport. Package tour ends on arrival at Narita Airport.
