Novaland Tours consists of 3 departments: sales/customer service department, marketing department and Local Service Partners. The goal that each member of team working on is to provide you an excellent tour which will exceed your every expectation. 

Sales/Customer Service Department 

The Sales/Customer Service Department is where Novaland Tours Travel Consultants work. They work together as a closely knit group to ensure that each and every client receives not only a tour that meets their every requirement, but one that exceeds their every expectation. They are proud of the work they do and the friendships they have formed with our clients. 

Marketing Department 

The Marketing Department is where a team of professionals work to help create and promote Novaland Tours 's brand, products, and website. They work together as a team to ensure that all of the information on www.novalandtours.com is accurate, attractive, and gives customers exactly what they are looking for. 

Local Service Partners

Each of Novaland Tours 's Local Service partners supply customers with experienced guides and drivers, as well as new air conditioned vehicles to take them around each city. We have been working with all of our Local Service partners for many years and each one works very hard to ensure that each customer's tour is seamless and uninterrupted and that every tour is unforgettable.
