What are the Novaland Tours Reward Points?
Novaland Tours Reward Points are a reward to guests who booked tours with us previously. This is our way of saying "thank you". The cashback reward point may exchange with the same value gifts or a coupon to use for your future trip with Novaland Tours.

The reward point are calculated base on your previous tour package cost. The higher cost of your former trips, the higher reward point you got.
How to exchange your reward point?
Every member has a membership account with us. Log into your account here, then you can find the total reward point you have. You can redeem a gift in the "Integral Mall" using your current points. We will mail it to you or hand it over to you on your next trip with us.

If you choose to use it as travel credit your next trip, we will send you an e-coupon in the corresponding value. And you can use it to cover part of your next tour cost.
What is the validity of the reward point?
The reward point normally valid for 3 years. Please exchange some gifts or use the e-coupon within the valid period. For every 6~11 days new tour, up to $100 coupon could be used, and more for the longer tour package. The e-coupon can be accumulated within a valid period if you had tours with us every year.

If you won't travel in the next 3 years, you can give it to your friends or family members who are planning a trip shortly.
Travel Referral Reward Program
Besides the reward point, we have the referral reward program too. If your friends, colleagues, or anyone who recommended by you have successfully booked 6 days or longer tour package with us, you will be rewarded with a gift coupon in corresponding value. The more groups you invited, the more rewards you will have. and the new group will receive a gift bag or same valued tour service too. please contact us for more information.
